We're from out of town and they did an excellent job with our request. To top it off the were very reasonably priced along with the staff being super nice and very accommodating. If you're from out of town I would trust these guys with out a doubt. We would come back with any issues if we needed to.

I had my car towed here and left overnight after a flat tire. I came in next morning and was able to get the flat tire and a bald tire delivered by 4pm to be installed and ready to be picked up by 5 pm later that day. I would have given a 5 star rating but when I called at 4:10pm the tires had not yet arrived causing some frustration as I had arranged for a ride and didn’t know what to expect when I got there. The good news is by the time I arrived the tires had come in, both were installed, balanced and price promised was good! Great Job folks!

Great experience! The people at Black's were kind, quick, and very fairly priced. My car required a tire that wasn't at their main location. Instead of making me wait days, they drove to get it and put it on almost immediately, even though they were closing early for the day. Would recommend!!

The service provided by Black’s Tire & Auto is truly exceptional…”world class” actually. My brother, who lives in Myrtle Beach, recommended I take the car I’m driving while my wife and I are visiting MB from Australia, to Black’s to have a tire patched, and I did. Despite arriving without an appointment, when I informed Amanda, the customer service representative assisting me, what I needed (tire repair, and a top-up of motor oil), she let me know the work could be completed within an hour, and it was. Hopefully, I won’t have any more problems with car tires during my wife’s and my two month stay in Myrtle Beach, but if we unfortunately do, I will head straight back to Black’s Tire & Auto. VERY highly recommended…! Thank you Amanda, and the team at Black’s Tire & Auto Service.

Great experience from start to finish. The employees were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful the entire time. The staff was professional, got my tires changed quickly, and explained everything clearly. Pricing was fair, and they made sure my vehicle was safe before I left. The shop was clean, and the customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back for future tire service and highly recommend them to anyone needing tires or repairs.
